60 Min Phone/Video Consultation
60 minute phone or video call for those who need 1 2 1 advice on how you can reach your goal by yourself. This includes tips on training and nutrition and overall wellbeing. You will also receive a nutrition plan to work from after the consultation to guide you in the right direction.
60 Min Video Personal Training Session
60 minute Personal Training session through video call from my house to yours. Personal Training sessions will be structured to your personal needs and goals. Nutrition will also be included with the price from your first session.
60 Min Home Personal Training Session
60 minute Personal Training session from the comfort of your home, I will bring my equipment and come to you. Personal Training sessions will be structured to your personal needs and goals. Nutrition will also be included with the price from your first session.
60 Min DanCefit Class
60 minute group aerobic dance workout through video call. You can get your sweat on in the comfort of your home to upbeat chart music, featuring RnB, Club, Pop including the old classics. You will be joined by many other participants but if a social isn't your thing you have the option to turn your camera off.
